Nestled within medieval stone walls and exposed ceiling beams, the café offers a breathtaking view of Notre Dame, blending traditional bistro charm with a modern, eco-conscious sensibility.

At A. Lacroix, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We proudly serve coffee made from ethically and sustainably sourced Ethiopian beans, known for their rich flavor and responsible cultivation practices that support local communities and preserve biodiversity. All our teas—over a dozen varieties—are also carefully selected for their ethical origins and exceptional quality.

The café itself embodies our dedication to the environment: from eco-friendly materials in our furnishings and packaging to environmentally conscious choices in our daily operations. We aim to reduce our ecological footprint while enhancing the quality of our guest experience.

Each morning, Chef Arnaud handcrafts every pastry on-site using traditional methods and the finest ingredients, ensuring that everything you enjoy is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. In addition to our signature pastries, we offer a rotating selection of light lunches and snacks throughout the day, including handmade quiches, seasonal salads, and daily specials inspired by the chef’s creative vision.
